Pulldoze web UI retired

The browser application was replaced by the pulldoze command-line interface. There is nothing to sign in to here.

• Operators: pnpm pulldoze help in the repository, or fly ssh console -C "pnpm pulldoze list" on the server.
• Integrations: call the API with x-api-key or Authorization: Bearer.
• Phone scanner: open the pairing link the CLI prints; it needs no sign-in.
• The old pages are archived at git tag archive/frontend-v1.
